1. 负责酒店员工制服的量体、裁剪、缝制、修改及熨烫工作，确保符合酒店形象标准与穿着舒适性要求；
2. 定期维护和保养缝纫设备及工具，保障作业安全与效率；
3. 配合制服房主管完成制服库存盘点、损耗登记及维修记录等日常管理工作。

1. 具备3年以上服装缝制经验，有酒店、高端服务业或团体制服制作经验者优先；
2. 熟练掌握各类面料特性及对应缝纫工艺，能独立完成衬衫、西裤、裙装等常见制服品类的制作与修改；
3. 具备良好的服务意识、责任心及细致耐心的工作态度；
