About the Role:  

Our client, a busy and well-established seafood company located in Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD, is currently seeking experienced filleting and cutting filleters. This hands-on role involves knife skills with a variety of seafood products in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in food or seafood processing and must not have any seafood allergies.
