Position Overview

As a Director, you will carry end-to-end responsibility for client projects, including overall accountability for specific modules in large-scale engagements. You will work closely with clients to deepen understanding of competitive dynamics, craft strategies, and secure C‑suite buy‑in. This is the closest position to Partnership — with the autonomy to build your own practice, shape the firm’s direction, and define YCP’s market position in your domain.
