The incumbent shall perform A-Z handling of sea cargo shipments from booking, prepare bill of lading, insurance to follow up of shipments including last miles. Attend to customers' queries and generate sales leads and recommend process improvement to management. Ensure day-to-day work is performed within legal and corporate directives. Issue and monitor transportation documents, collects documents for dispatching and delivering of shipments Perform system update and maintenance Daily handling of business cases in the area of sea cargo shipments and delivering of shipments in accordance with the procedures for dispatching and delivering Ensure profit margin of every job files are uphold to company directives Contact clients, agents and shipping companies, other freight forwarding companies and customs bodies in connection with dispatching and delivering of shipments Organise the admission of the shipments into the customs warehouse, export customs clearance, loading into the vessel and ...
