Job Description
- Monthly invoicing process and sending invoices to clients (client-specific; training provided)
- Analyze month-over-month client performance and identify outliers in Microsoft Excel
- Monthly financial statement review in QuickBooks
- Monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks
- Identify process improvements and suggest solutions
Job Qualification
- Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting (required)
- 3-5 years of accounting experience (insurance/real estate preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks & Salesforce (a plus)
