Position Overview


About the role

We're leading the effort to help our client hire SDRs/BDRs to build outbound pipeline for US-based MSP clients. You'll be on the front lines: primarily making outbound calls (roughly 50–100 per day), plus sending follow-up emails and LinkedIn connection requests. Your north star is simpleβ€”start conversations and book qualified appointments that turn into revenue.


What you'll do

Use our playbooks and CRM to work targeted prospect lists, run structured call blocks, and follow a consistent follow-up cadence. You'll qualify prospects against clear criteria, handle common objections, and convert interest into scheduled meetings for our clients' closers. You'll log activity, notes, and outcomes with discipline, and you'll take coaching to improve talk tracks, tonality, and conversion rates week over week.
