π₯ What Youβll Do
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline targets
- Own end-to-end lead generation strategy (Inbound + Outbound)
- Drive prospecting, qualification, and pipeline creation for Enterprise & Mid-Market segments
- Define and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and targeting strategies
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to align on revenue goals
