At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile application transformation project in Spain for an international IT company specialized in information systems for the rail and mobility industry.

Main responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master:
  • Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
  • Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
  • Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement
  • Configure and use Azure DevOps dashboards and boards
• As an IT Project Manager:
  • Coordinate technical and business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
