Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Scrum Master for their Brooklyn, OH location. Responsibilities:

+ Act as a Change Agent with a passion for supporting teams to transform their behaviors toward an agile environment

+ Facilitate Scrum processes and events enabling team maturity and effectiveness leveraging data driven metrics

+ Create an agile mindset with focus on agile value and principles leading with transparency, inspection, and adaptation resulting in delivery of high value increments which meet the Definition of Done

+ Enable teams to develop sprint goals, robust product backlogs, acceptance criteria, definitions of done / ready

+ Facilitate program level agile ceremonies to include dependency mapping, release planning and scope alignment across Product teams

+ Enable the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
