Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our digital banking team and lead the delivery of innovative solutions for our customers . You will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, resolving impediments, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of vision, goals, and expectations. You will also coach and mentor the team on agile values, principles, and practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
