We are currently looking for a Scrum Master for a 100% remote position on a large federal government project. This role will support Agile delivery teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, helping drive delivery execution, backlog management, process improvement, and team alignment across multiple initiatives. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, stakeholders, and government personnel to facilitate Agile best practices and ensure successful program delivery.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities


+ Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and related Scrum activities.
