Pay Rate: $58.00 - $63.00per hr.



Our client needs a Scrum Master who serves as a facilitator and Agile coach for up to two development teams. The Scrum Master 3 will support the home improvement finance segment, providing consumer financing via commercial contractors for projects like roofing, flooring, and home renovations. This is not a traditional tactical Scrum Master role. We need a visionary strategic coach who goes beyond facilitating ceremonies to drive meaningful Agile maturity, connect teams to the broader organizational strategy, and help shape "where we're going tomorrow and beyond.

The ideal candidate is a proactive change agent who builds strong foundations across teams and the wider organization rather than managing only to their own skill set or running regimented processes.
