Job Title: Scrum Master
Hybrid role - 2 to 3 days onsite/week
Contract duration: 12 Months

Summary:
Facilitates Agile development practices and ensures Scrum processes are followed.

Responsibilities:
Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams on Agile principles.

Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), strong communication and leadership skills.

In addition:
• Senior Scrum Master with Agile experience, and – in particular – Agile transformation
• PM experience, so that the SM can take on PM duties, and/or grow into them
• “healthy” level of Middle and Back Office knowledge
