Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new clients, handle cold calling, and manage relationships with engineering, procurement, and environmental managers.
Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support: Provide site investigations (site surveys), Troubleshooting, and on-site technical support to ensure successful installation and performance.
Regulatory & Market Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of local and international emission regulations (e.g., IMO Tier III, EPA standards) and competitive SCR technology trends.
