Scoping Estimator - Construction & Maintenance £45,000 - £50,000 | Rainham, Essex or Oxford | Permanent, Full-Time

Our client is a growing professional services, construction and maintenance business delivering projects across the commercial, industrial and public sectors. With typical project values ranging from £200,000 to £5,000,000 — spanning planned maintenance, refurbishment, reactive works and medium construction packages — they are looking to add an experienced Scoping Estimator to their team as a result of continued growth.

This is a varied, hands‑on role that combines regular site visits with office‑based estimating duties. You’ll be responsible for identifying, surveying, scoping and pricing works across a broad portfolio of projects and maintenance contracts, and will need a practical understanding of construction methods, maintenance works and Schedule of Rates pricing.
