Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Scientist to join the Immunology Discovery team based in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will contribute to the discovery and development of Client therapeutic antibodies by performing in vitro cellular and immunological assays. This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the interface of basic immunology research and early drug discovery in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and analyse in vitro biological and functional cellular assays to evaluate therapeutic antibodies.

Perform primary human T and B cell culture and associated functional assays, including ADCC and ADCP.

Utilize and maintain flow cytometry instruments (, Canto, MACSQuant) and independently analyse data using FlowJo or equivalent software.
