Design and execute protein and molecular biology assays to support antibody development and validation programs. Meticulous experimental planning and execution to meet program goals. Timely record keeping of results into data sheets and laboratory note-books. Attention to detail and adherence to schedules. Communicate results clearly—in team meetings, written reports, and data presentations. Regular mining of literature and keeping oneself up to date with developments in field of antibody development. Troubleshoot technical challenges and propose practical solutions to keep projects moving. Qualifications & Experience
