Based in Carlsbad, CA, you will play a critical role in producing fluorescently labeled bioconjugates primarily used for cell signaling across various research initiatives. This position operates on the 1st shift and requires a hands-on approach in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

+ Conjugate monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.

+ Perform accurate, aseptic lab techniques with proper documentation and manufacturing practices.

+ Utilize general lab equipment including centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and pipettes.

+ Conduct chromatography, buffer and reagent preparation, and FPLC (AKTA).

+ Initiate and manage Problem Reports for both planned and unplanned deviations and failures.

+ Act as an agent of change and a role model leader for peers.
