Conduct literature search on PubMed, and/or other subscribed databases; and validate relevant inclusionsCreate or update an existent gSSRCs/FAQs based on provided template or as per style guideRespond to escalated queries from internal and external teams (HCPs, patients, caregivers)Liaison with internal and stakeholdersResponsible for following the best practices regarding - processes, communication (internal & external), project management, and documentationParticipate in assigned training programs and work on assignments as per requirementAdherence to quality, timelines, confidentiality and security complianceRequirements
