Position Overview
Acts as a strategic partner and right hand to the Director of Commercial Training
Works cross-functionally with Product Management (GPMs), regional sales teams, Marketing and Instructional Design
This is not a Sales Trainer role – no coaching or training delivery responsibilities
Support the design and execution of the global sales training and enablement strategy
Co-develop training curricula and content with key stakeholders (Product Managers, regional teams, etc.)
Drive and coordinate training activities related to product launches
Implement and continuously improve training processes (from needs analysis to post-training follow-up)
Define and track training performance KPIs
Manage training-related projects through influence and cross-functional coordination
Review and update existing content in line with product and market evolution
