House of Science is expanding nationwide and we are looking for experienced educators to join our team of science advisers supporting primary and intermediate schools.

House of Science empowers teachers to deliver engaging, knowledge-rich science and pūtaiao learning through hands‑on resource kits and comprehensive teacher support. Our vision is simple: every child in New Zealand scientifically literate.

Science advisers work alongside teachers to build confidence and capability in science teaching. The role includes mentoring teachers, delivering workshops, supporting schools to use House of Science kits, and helping strengthen science programmes aligned with NZC and Te Marautanga o Aotearoa.
