Salary: $62,353 - 75,000 Annual
Contact Community Services is seeking a skilled and passionate individual to lead the implementation of a countywide professional development and coaching initiative across 19 school districts in Onondaga County, New York. This position will work with school districts to strengthen district capacity to deliver high-quality Tier 2 and Tier 3 student supports through evidence-based social-emotional learning (SEL) and mental health interventions.
The School System Manager will design and deliver monthly professional development sessions, provide embedded coaching to school-based teams, facilitate cross-district Learning Communities, and support the development of sustainable systems for identifying and serving students with behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health needs.
