A Founding Role

Our Army CCF contingent launches at the start of the 2026–27 academic year, and this is a genuinely exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up. As our founding School Staff Instructor, you will play a leading role in establishing the contingent — recruiting students, identifying and onboarding Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs), and ensuring that those volunteers complete their required training to a high standard and in good time.

The CCF will give William Ellis boys real, practical experience of the Five Rs in action: the resilience to push through difficulty, the responsibility of looking out for others, the resourcefulness to solve problems in the field, and the respect and reflection that come from being part of something larger than themselves. Your job is to help make that a reality — and to build a contingent that is truly of use, not merely of reputation.
