Office Angels are currently recruiting for a School Receptionist for our client based near Wallingford.

Role: Temporary School Receptionist

Location: Berinsfield, Wallingford

Hourly Rate: £13.50ph

Working Hours: 8:30am - 2pm

Start Date: Monday 8th June

End Date: Friday 17th July

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake reception duties, answering the phone, face to face enquiries.
Prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments for visitors as required.
Ensure that enquiries by person, phone or email are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Ensure that all visitors to the school are authorised and provided with security badges.
Answer the telephone promptly and politely.
Take and pass on messages to teaching and other staff.
Liaise with line manager to ensure that the reception area is covered during core hours.
