Position: School Psychologist
The School Psychologist, under the supervision of the Special Education Program Administrator or designated administrator, is responsible for providing comprehensive psychological services to students in grades K–12. This position supports student success through assessment, consultation, counseling, and collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
The School Psychologist plays a critical role in identifying student strengths and needs; supporting academic achievement, social-emotional development, and behavioral functioning; and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position emphasizes evidence-based practices, ethical decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving within inclusive school environments.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education and related services.
