Compensation:
Per Evaluation Rate: $500.00 – $600.00 per evaluation (plus round-trip mileage)
Additional Pay: Virtual meetings: $60.00 per hour
Cancellations / No-Shows: $60.00 each

Guymon, OK (Panhandle region including Hooker, Boise City, Forgan)
