Graduate of Doctor of Medicine degree and a Licensed Physician
Must have undergone 40-hour Occupational Health and Safety Training from a DOLE‑recognized institution or, for permanent physicians, be willing to complete such training within one year from the date of hiring
Prior experience as a school physician or occupational health physician is preferred, but not required
