Job Purpose

• The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member plays a pivotal role in driving educational excellence, school improvement, and strategic development across the school or school system. This role supports and leads the delivery of high‑quality teaching and learning aligned with curriculum standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational vision.
• The SLT member works collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, students, parents, and wider stakeholders to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that decision‑making, performance management, and school improvement initiatives are informed by high‑quality data and evidence, with a strong focus on student learning, wellbeing, and outcomes.
