School Cleaner

Overview

The Governors and Head teacher of Grove Vale Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated person to join the premises team. You will be responsible for the cleaning of premises and furnishings, under the direction of the Site Manager/Business Manager. No prior experience is essential – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean premises and furnishings under the direction of the Site Manager/Business Manager.
• Maintain good interpersonal skills, demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability and punctuality.
• Work during term time plus an additional three weeks and during some school holidays.
• Follow scheduled hours: 6:00 am – 8:30 am or 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Adhere to safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
