· Route drivers have guaranteed 4 hours per day school is in session (AM + PM) 

· All drivers have 2‑hour minimum per shift

· New rates effective Sept. 1, 2026:

- Van / Type II: $20.61

- 0–2 yrs school bus experience: $26.73/hour

- 2+ yrs school bus experience: $29.24/hour

· 29–32 passenger route buses and 77 passenger field trip and athletic buses, well‑maintained fleet         

· Faith‑based, family‑oriented community

Requirements: 21+, safe driving record, CDL with School Bus & Passenger endorsements or willingness to train, ability to pass DOT physical/drug screen and background check.
