$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

Summary

• The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099).
• School-based hours Monday through Friday.
• Emotional Support Experience preferred.
