Position Overview
The BCBA–ES provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develops/implements BIPs for students with academic and behavioral needs. This role includes observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery in school settings.
**Requirements**
+ Active BCBA certification
+ Master’s in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field
+ School-based experience preferred
+ Pediatric experience preferred
+ CPR, TB, and Health Certificate (as applicable)
+ Meets all federal/state requirements; must be 18
+ Multiple years across varied settings; school experience strongly preferred
**Work Structure**
+ **70% travel** , 30% office/WFH
+ Territory: Marin, SF, Sonoma, Contra Costa, Alameda
**Core Responsibilities**
+ QA visits (1x/quarter within 30 miles; 2x/year for outliers)
+ Trauma-informed care Fridays (mandatory for BTs/RBTs)
