About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager covering our Sheltered Housing Scheme in Norwich. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide support to our residents to enable them to live as independently as possible. The role involves:
Responsibility for delivering welfare, support and management services to residents living within sheltered housing schemes to enable them to live as independently as possible.Assisting tenants in claiming relevant welfare benefits, maximising their income and ensuring rent is paid through appropriate methodsAllocating and letting of empty homes within the schemesWorking with professional and voluntary agencies to encourage good neighbourhood relations and promote a sense of communityOccasional cover required across our other Sheltered Housing schemes across Norfolk and Suffolk.
