Responsibilities
- Communicate with employers, insurance companies, medical centers via phone, email and fax to retrieve records related to workers compensation cases.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about Subpoena/authorization/attestation and legal issues.
- Work with internal departments to meet client's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
