Scheduling Coordinator

As the Scheduling Coordinator within the Multichannel Traffic Team, you will be ensuring all commercial inventory is scheduled correctly and ready for telecast as per requirements agreed between the National Sales Team, Clients & Agencies and in line with industry legal requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately produce multiple daily commercial transmission schedules across our multi channels as per our schedule production deadlines.
• Ensure all schedules and material application adheres to the requirements of the Television Industry Code of Practice and any further directions from ClearAds.
• Ensure all sponsorship spots are scheduled as instructed by the Sponsorship team and any exclusivity clashes are reported to the Sponsorship team ASAP and prior to finalisation of logs.
• Schedule sport as instructed by the Sports sponsorship team.
