- Data Entry
- Using data to do analytical tasks and charting tasks related to patient information
- Answering incoming calls to address patients' inquiries and explain the admissions process.
- Schedule patient visits and answer questions, including billing and preparation
- Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance and financial information in a confidential manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and organization xhqgsiq skills
- Time management skill
- Clerical or administrative experience a plus
- Knowledge of health care terminology helpful
- Basic computer program knowledge
