The Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate and schedule surgeries, post-op appointments, surgical clearances, pre-admission testing, procedures, diagnostic testing, and referrals. In addition this person will obtain insurance authorizations and provide patient education.

We have 13 providers, 44 clinical team members, and 20 clerical support team members to serve our patients in our office and infusion center. The office is open Monday-Thursday from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday from 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 7:30 am – 10:00 am. Customer service and EPIC experience preferred.
