Collaborates with the Program Managers to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the hospital is maintained throughout the designated programs in a cost-efficient manner.
Maintains and enters data into the UKG staffing system under the direction of the Supervisor, Central Scheduling Office.
Provides requested reports, schedules and rotations via electronic scheduling software.
Processes staffing requests from Program Manager for leaves and master schedule changes.
Track vacancies and follows up with Program Managers biweekly for any changes, movements, terminations, new hires, etc.
Identifies staffing replacement problems as they arise and informs Program Managers and Supervisor, Central Scheduling Office.
Liaises with OHSS and the Program Manager regarding employees on leave, modified work and accommodation
Assists with payroll errors, corrections and timecard generation.
