Meridian requires Temporary Scheduler / Helpdesk Operatives to join our client in Birmingham (B37).

Salary : £13.46 per hour

Hours : 40 hours per week

You will provide frontline coordination and customer‑support services, ensuring that all incoming enquiries are logged, prioritised, and scheduled efficiently.
