Job Description

• Review and monitor the Contractor’s work programmes, construction schedules and progress reports for the Project.
• Monitor the progress of the Works against the approved baseline schedule and identify delays, critical activities and schedule deviations.
• Carry out schedule analysis, progress measurement and forecasting of project completion.
• Review the Contractor’s recovery programmes and proposed mitigation measures for delays and schedule slippages.
• Prepare progress monitoring reports, schedule assessments and other planning-related reports for the Engineer and Employer.
• Coordinate with the Engineer, site supervision team and Contractor on matters related to project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Assist the Engineer in the evaluation of extension of time claims and schedule impacts arising from delays, disruptions and variations.
