**Description of knowledge and experience**:
1. SCCM Infrastructure Management:
- Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to support organizational needs.
- Configure and manage SCCM components, including site servers, distribution points, and management points.
- Ensure SCCM infrastructure is optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
2. Software Deployment and Updates:
- Automate software deployments and updates using SCCM.
- Monitor deployment status and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
3. Patch Management:
- Develop and implement patch management strategies to ensure systems are up-to-date.
- Schedule and deploy security patches and updates to client devices.
- Monitor and report on patch compliance across the organization.
