**Description:**
You will be the Scale Model Maker for the Technical Displays (TD) team which is responsible for creating high‑impact physical models that showcase Lockheed Martin’s innovative solutions.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Scale Model Maker you will be responsible for turning design concepts into tangible models that support marketing, experiments, and customer demonstrations.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Construct and finish marketing display models ranging from full‑size to desktop using plastics, polyester resin, ABS, and other materials.
+ Build and fabricate conceptual study models, from rough proof‑of‑concept pieces to high‑quality, complex assemblies.
+ Manage exhibit model inventory, coordinate with the exhibit team and customers, and stage models for shows.
+ Apply paint using HVLP guns, hobby airbrushes, and hand brushes to achieve professional finishes.
