**Waste Connections** has an immediate opening for a **Scale Attendant** to join the team at our transfer station in **Uniontown, AL.**

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday 7:00AM- 3:00PM / Occasional Saturdays

**As a scale attendant with us the minimum responsibilities are:**

+ Greet and direct all customers and employees upon entry of the transfer station.
+ Track weight information from scale to computer system and get appropriate signatures.
+ Calculate payments for customers.
+ Closing duties include balancing cash drawer, as well as reconciling the credit card machine or POS system.
+ Ensure incoming garbage loads are safe and do not contain any inappropriate material.
