We are seeking an experienced SIP Supervisor to support a major Plant Turnaround / Shutdown project. The successful candidate will supervise scaffolding, insulation, and painting activities, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

• Supervise scaffolding, insulation, and painting crews during turnaround activities.
• Coordinate daily work activities and manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, permit-to-work systems, and project procedures.
• Monitor scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities.
• Oversee insulation removal, installation, reinstatement, and painting/coating works.
• Ensure work quality, productivity, and schedule requirements are achieved.
