This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$35-45/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements
+ Inspect scaffold components for damage or defects prior to use
+ Ensure structures are level, secure, and properly braced
+ Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members
+ Follow all workplace safety procedures, including fall protection standards
