Overview
This role will act as key contact for local configurations in gTMS in order to optimize performance of the tool and avoid disrumptions in daily tasks due to lack of MasterData maintenance. Will be in charge of training other planners/key players in the tool Will be key POC for interaction with Global team / GCC on tool enhancements and regular masterdata setups Key user for testing and tools UAT Lead best practice implementation on Scheduling activities Responsibilities Ensure data maintenance is accurated/updated in gTMS (locations, carriers, users… has proper access and correct data) Keep peers trained in any update/process change related with gTMS (ensuring also training decks to support any new functionalty and/or organizational change in planners team) Ensure daily Transportation plans created can be successfully executed by field sites providing the service and productivity levels needed. <...
