Organize and run recruitment events (BOP) for Partner and Agents.
Identify prospective Partners and Licensed Agents.
Select, onboard partners/agents and are responsible for their incomes.
Own the operational aspects of coding of a new Partner/Agent and other dayβtoβday interactions with support functions whenever required.
Plan goals and performance needs for Partners and Agents periodically.
Set weekly production targets for team of agents and partners.
Identify partner/agent development needs and work with team to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training and coaching; develop agents in line with career development/training requirements of the company.
Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skills; help with prospecting activity in the field by joint field work activity with partners/agents.
