**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate metal saws to prepare metal for cutting.
+ Use hand and power tools to perform daily tasks.
+ Employ a tape measure frequently to ensure precise cuts according to customer specifications.
+ Utilize work orders to select the correct product for cutting.
+ Read blueprints and measure raw steel to make accurate cuts for production.
+ Transfer material to the appropriate workstations.
+ Perform light maintenance on machines, such as adding oil and changing blades.
