This is a critical Transformation role responsible for enabling the delivery of the multi-year transformation agenda. This agenda is key to delivering long-term sustainable growth (NOPBT margin ambition) for the OU/market and building organization capability for the future.
The main pillars of the Transformation function are:
• Next Chapter Operating Model: Next Chapter organization, GCC, Processes, Simplification, WoW
• Cost Transformation: 2-3 year productivity pipeline
• Transformation Management Office: develop and maintain integrated business transformation agenda which aligns to the OU/market vision and strategic KPIs
• Lead several key scale x-functional transformation initiatives: as aligned with senior stakeholders
• Change Management
