About The Role

The Swindon and Wiltshire SARC Team Leader is responsible for leading, developing, and line managing the Crisis Worker Team to deliver a high-quality, responsive front-line service to victims and survivors of sexual violence. The post holder will ensure the team provides proactive, short-term support throughout the forensic medical examination process and facilitates appropriate onward referrals, based on individual needs and risk assessments.
